Private company wot I’m invested in asks if I’d like my shares repurchased, 10 years after I invested. They value the company at $462m for this repurchase of just 1% of shares. Last years profit was some $200m and they have $150m surplus cash on the balance sheet. I think I’ll pass….. Edited on 05/06/2025 at 09:49:37.
