It's interesting and educational for me to see the value of a company I (used to) know a little bit about. The sale amount stated in the report was greater than I had calculated/approximated and if you are getting additional ongoing consideration, all the better of a deal for you! Was the value of the Vector source code included in the 'Information technology' entry of 'Current Assets'?
